My room was quite clean, with practically everything appearing relatively new. i had a nice view facing the garden. The area was very peaceful! the hotel included a sauna, which proved to be a real treat after hours of driving.

the absence of a mini fridge in the room was a noticeable inconvenience. i had to purchase cold drinks from a nearby gas station since there was no way to keep my snacks or drinks fresh at the hotel.

the room was a good size for a solo traveller.

Towels in the room were not clean. There was hair on them. the carpet and the general floor area in the room, the toilet and bath were obviously dirty. I noticed there was no housekeeping services from the hotel. the breakfast was really bad compared to other hotels.

I found the room beautiful. It included everything I needed for my stay. The breakfast offered many bio products, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is VERY convenient to local attractions.

The staff was friendly and professional. The fitness area was WELL-equipped with diverse equipment. The bar area provided an intimate space. I loved to unwind after a day exploring.

I requested extra water, and it wasn't complimentary. Understandable, perhaps, yet slightly surprising given the room rate.

the hotel has a convenient location near the train and bus stations i found a grocery store and a pharmacy nearby the main attractions were within walking distance from the hotel. the room was spacious and designed with special needs it had a comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress

upon checking in, i was assigned an accessible room i requested a different room. also, i had to ask for slippers upon check-in the cleaning was not consistent the cups and spoons i used were left uncleaned.
